Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be modified or canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact us at chunzhou780@gmail.com with your order number for assistance. After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee modifications as orders will quickly enter the shipping process.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and inquiry link. You can also visit the 17track.net website and enter the tracking number to check the logistics status.
Do I need to pay duties or other taxes?
No. All prices displayed on the website include applicable taxes, and we handle cross-border customs clearance uniformly. You will not be required to pay additional fees upon delivery.

Return and exchange policy
We offer a 30-Day Hassle-Free Return & Exchange Policy. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase (whether due to quality issues, wrong item received, or simply a change of heart), you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the order.

Return shipping cost?
- For returns/exchanges due to product quality issues or wrong items: We cover the return shipping cost.
- For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of heart): You are responsible for the return shipping cost.

Lost or damaged during shipping
